The new Munk podcast for spring. Starting with some easy & funky deep house and disco tunes, getting more clubby with unreleased music by new Gomma / Toy Tonics artists (Black Loops, Cecile – Axel Boman remix) and finishing with some unreleased Munk tracks: an insane techno version of the soul classic “Papa was a rolling stone” and two never heard Munk tracks. Looks like this is gonna be one of the big Gomma singles this year.
The first new Munk since 2 years. A mad track. Already played by Tensnake, Maxxi Soundsystem, Recloose and Todd Terje who told us that he is dropping it in every set he is playing since he had it.
The tune was recorded by Mat Munk Modica in Brasil and Berlin. Featuring brazilian punk singer Gab Cervallos. It’s crazy. Somebody called it : New Wave Funk House. Maybe he was right…
