Today is the day: Peaches & The Gomma All Stars release The Casablanca Reworks Project.
Four songs from the legendary Casablanca records catalogue reworked by the Gomma All Stars and Peaches. Created in collaboration with Burn Studios. Harold Faltermeyer contributes some analogue Keyboards on a great new version of Donna Summer’s “Our Love” produced by Telonius. A 90ies pop version of a Stephanie Mills classic by Mr. Munk. Flashdance – “Maniac” by Moullinex and a cover for the Skatt Bros’ “Walk The Night” by The Phenomenal Handclap Band.

We gonna beat the the Sonar in Barcelona by doing a huge Gomma Party on 17th June in Barcelona.
It’s gonna be at the city’s club of the moment: The Cabaret Berlin just off the Ramblas. DJ’s Munk, Telonius, Cécile, Golden Bug LIVE and some other special guests.

Here comes Box Codax again. The album is getting massive response right now.. and we are quite happy about that, as it is a really special release. With all that weird but melancholic, strange but beautiful indie rock pop masterpieces on it.
Initially there were no remexis planned for that album.. but for the single “Seven Silvers” some people insisted to do dance versions.. so here we serve you remixes by Den Haan, The KDMS, and Rodion and an instrumental edit by Telonius.
Amazon.de has selected Gomma as “Label of the Month” – which is a honor for us, and has a nice side-effect for you: They are offering a free Gomma compilation with 11 tracks. Gomma Future Disco featuring Golden Bug, Rodion, Munk, Moullinex, Die Sterne… (sorry, not available outside of Germany!)
They call them the “godfathers of the new Belgium dance scene”: The Glimmers. We guess that might be right as they deeply influenced all the new artists from the current Belgian disco movement. Aeroplane, Mustang, Villa… After their last album Whomp that Sucker on Gomma now they seem bigger then ever. What a Party! We were invited to do a little – very exclusive – Gomma Party in Moskow. Munk & Telonius & Artur 8 playing a wildstyle mix for a hot crowd drinking too much Vodka right next to the Kremlin. The result was….. awesome! From 80ies New York Gay House to 2010 Italo Beach Disco…. from Wham to Black Sabbath… listen to this fun mix… feel the fun… Moskau music kids rule ok in 2010!
